Required patches

1. P8 path trong prompt phải đổi từ P8-implementation-design-plan-v0-1.md sang path OFFICIAL hiện tại trong index: P8-implementation-design-plan-v0-1.md nhưng nội dung là OFFICIAL v0.3; agent phải verify metadata/title trước khi dùng. Tốt hơn ghi: read latest OFFICIAL P8 from index.
2. A1/A2 hiện query trực tiếp bảng business taxonomy_facets, entity_labels.
