PASS. P7B v0.3 đã sửa đúng 4/4 điểm final: heading body/description required, pgcrypto tách khỏi normal DDL flow, PF-4 DROP+ABORT nếu Directus thấy sandbox. Không còn xung đột kỹ thuật lớn với P5/P6/P7/Đ33.

Minor documentation fixes before upload official

1. Section 15 vẫn ghi “P7B v0.2” ở dòng Cổng 1; sửa thành v0.3.
2. Footer vẫn ghi “P7B v0.2 DRAFT”; sửa thành “P7B v0.3”.
3. Patch log hiện chỉ v0.1→v0.2; thêm patch log v0.2→v0.3 gồm 4 điểm: heading body_required FALSE, heading description_required FALSE, pgcrypto pre-flight remediation, PF-4 DROP+ABORT.
4. Ghi rõ Appendix A chỉ là draft execution prompt, không tự chạy.

Direction

Cổng 1 có thể duyệt: Opus finalize P7B v0.3 và upload KB official + update index. Sau Cổng 1, nếu User muốn mở Cổng 2, Opus soạn một execution prompt riêng cho agent/VPS. Prompt execution phải bắt buộc pre-flight PF-1→PF-6, action log, rollback on any failure, no production mutation, and report only. Không để Opus tự chạy DDL nếu chưa có explicit User approval.
