Rendering rules:

1. Skip synthetic root from visible output.
2. Avoid duplicating the top-level title.
3. For structural parent units whose body is placeholder-only, render their title as a heading but do not render placeholder body text.
4. Preserve original body text order from publication/member tree preorder.
5. Preserve familiar Markdown shape as much as possible.
6. Generate a clean human-readable reconstructed document.
7. Generate a clean diff against original that ignores known structural-only artifacts if needed, but also provide raw diff.
8. Generate a short human-readability-report.md explaining what was hidden/skipped and confirming no body-text drift.
