The action log reports Directus hook prepended SUSPECT: to _dot_origin. This is not a blocker for E7 PASS because registration succeeded, rows are active, and pairings/status are correct. Treat it as a metadata governance observation for the next verification block. Do not patch or overwrite _dot_origin unless a later governed review explicitly requires it.

Direction

Proceed with a bundled next milestone:

1. Update Đ38 index/status/handoff to mark E7 D4 PASS and record DOT ids 971–989 plus action log path.
2. Prepare and run E6 post-remediation verification / Tier 1 re-run as one block, covering at minimum:
