README FIRST — Universal Workflow Adapters + Scanner Production + RP Coverage Lift (2026-06-04)

Status: PARTIAL — coverage lifted DB-only → all-layer; AX-PROCESS canon still gated. EXECUTION_MODE, live, birth-free.

What changed this phase

  1. Built all 6 host/FS/KB adapters (were MISSING_ADAPTER) → 16/16 census sources now healthy.
  2. Ingested host/FS/KB into DB snapshots + union view.
  3. Promoted scanner family to scheduled (non-DOT) production via systemd timer (enabled, daily 04:10).
  4. Built scanner v2 consuming host layer; v1 preserved for comparison.
  5. New known denominator = 453 entrypoints (was DB-only); RP still 0/453 (owner-gated).
  6. Built per-object orphan remediation queue (143 items) + RP/dashboard/action views.
  • 14-final-summary.md — consolidated 16-section report (numbers, workstreams A–L).
  • ../checkpoint-universal-workflow-adapters-scanner-coverage-lift-2026-06-04.md — MCP-readable checkpoint.

Key live objects (DB directus)

  • Snapshots: wf_*_snapshot, wf_adapter_run_log, view v_wf_host_source_objects.
  • Scanner v2: fn_dot_wf_*_v2, fn_dot_wf_map_host_objects, fn_dot_wf_build_remediation_queue; digests wf_*_v2.
  • Queue: wf_orphan_remediation_queue. Dashboard: v_process_axis_universal_workflow_dashboard_v2.

Host objects (contabo)

  • /opt/incomex/dot/scanners/wf_host_adapters.sh, wf_scan_orchestrator.sh.
  • systemd wf-universal-scanner.{service,timer} (enabled). Logs /opt/incomex/logs/wf-scanner/.

Rollback

/opt/incomex/docs/mcp-writes/universal-workflow-adapters-2026-06-04/99_rollback.sql + host cleanup comments therein.
