Checks

check result
Birth/FIX7 foundation remains scoped PASS - birth gateway DO_NOT_TOUCH; G-BIRTH-NEUTRAL; FIX7 references it only via #26; MB-02 records the full 10-fn birth family as DO_NOT_TOUCH
QT-001 backfill not accidentally authorized PASS - apply path (fn_dot_birth_qt001_apply/sp_*) BLOCKED_UNTIL_AUTHORITY across all steps; DOT-118 backfill frozen
governance reconciliation remains later PASS - registry-pivot repoint BLOCKED_UNTIL_AUTHORITY (doc 08 §A + §E)
registry truth remains later PASS - FIX7 registries are new qt001_cp tables, not a system-of-record pivot; §E boundary
Đ43 / harness alignment remains later PASS - doc 08 §E lists Đ43 context-truth + memory/harness alignment as OUT OF SCOPE / BLOCKED_UNTIL_AUTHORITY
registries-pivot repoint remains later PASS - hard-block row + §E
raw birth not used as managed-object truth PASS - §E: raw birth = birth-event truth; authority in sealed manifests
runtime evidence remains non-authority PASS - 11 runtime-evidence tables; G-RUNTIME-NONAUTH; never in the 27
lifecycle / QT-006 remains future / out-of-scope PASS - QT-006 universal lifecycle/death BLOCKED_UNTIL_AUTHORITY (design index Stage 5; §E)
roadmap after FIX7 not contradicted PASS - unlock chain (doc 08 §D) ends FIX7 at PKG-I; REAL_RUN/QT001 apply/2.6B are later separate gates

Notes

  • The MB-01 widening (complete legacy-entrypoint neutralization) and the MG-01 re-audit gates are scoped strictly to the QT001 control plane; neither touches the birth gateway, Đ43, QT-006, or a registry-of-record pivot. The birth gateway's overwrite-protection model (detection + freeze + policy, MC-01) explicitly preserves the DO_NOT_TOUCH boundary - FIX7 cannot and does not change birth-gateway ownership.
  • No Max revision pulls any adjacent layer into scope or relaxes any §E boundary.

Verdict

CROSS_LAYER_PASS - the refactor stays bounded to the QT001 control plane; adjacent layers (Đ43 context-truth, registry-of-record pivot, QT-006 lifecycle, raw-birth-as-truth, memory/harness) remain explicitly out of scope and blocked; the Max fixes do not cross any boundary.
