10 — Supertrack J: Final Verdict

DESIGN_READY_FOR_CODEX_FINAL_APPROVAL

The CP-06 hash micro-patch resolves T1's P-01..P-04 to a high standard. Every H04 sub-payload key, the eight-key H04_SCOPE_V1 composition, and the H05/H02 aggregate membership + total orders now resolve to named, NOT-NULL columns on the real runtime-evidence DDL — the single explicit FIX7 acceptance gate is MET. This is a genuine advance, not a hardcode / PG-native / scale / read-path failure.

What this means

  • Codex MAY final-approve the design next, then promote it to official design.
  • No implementation yet. The verdict approves the DESIGN only.
  • Stage 2.6B, permit, REAL_RUN, and QT001 apply remain BLOCKED until later authorized phases (each requiring its own operator gate).
  • Production remained READ-ONLY throughout; no Codex design doc was edited; no DB object was created or mutated.

Invariants confirmed

Exactly 27 authority surfaces · 11 non-authority runtime-evidence tables · 0 new readiness gates · 0 new hash contracts (H01..H07 intact) · all live hard-blocks intact.

Residual

One optional, non-blocking editorial observation (OBS-01, doc 09): a rationale-prose nuance in CP-06 patch doc 01 vs the UNIQUE artifact_sha256 — does not gate approval.
