The recheck-3 patch touched only the typing of the legacy set comparisons (doc 02 §H) and the document-status boundary (doc 00 + markers/fences). It changed no cross-layer boundary and no invariant. Confirmed still blocked / preserved:

The new sets (U_legacy_object / U_effective_privilege_principal / U_entry_vector) are evaluation constructs over existing catalog/manifest facts, not new DB surfaces. The active/superseded boundary is document metadata, not a DB authority surface. So 27/11/14/7 are untouched, matching Codex's INVARIANTS_BOUNDARY_ACCEPTED (recheck-3 doc 07).

Verdict

Cross-layer boundaries PASS — every live gate remains blocked; no invariant regressed.
