Live postgres logs showed 5 more signal-9 OOM crashes today 05:28–06:04 UTC, caused by a still-active deep-composite landmine VIEW (v_rp_ui_current_production_acceptance_dashboard) and the pre-fix deploy-guard view. The prior checkpoint wrongly claimed the landmine was neutralized. This session genuinely neutralized it (function-backed), hardened both guards, and added a dependency-graph OOM detector. 0 crashes since the fix; DB stable.
2. Decorated-on-generated candidate built + full-column parity PASS (87/87 rows, 0 count diffs, route/action/reliability 87/87, substrate 81/87 by-design). Repoint is engineering-ready, operator-gated (must rewire decoration to _current_v2 + no-hardcode is authority-gated).
3. UI rides _current (decorated), branch feat/rp-current-supervision @ d04d8e5 — eslint/prettier/no-stale re-verified clean (shipped files), deploy operator-gated (no creds, divergent git).
