10 · Production Readiness Roadmap (Phase I)

Two phase-sized macros remain. Everything else is owner/president authority or operator deploy.

Macro 1 — GOVERNED_OFFICIALIZATION_AND_UI_DEPLOY

• Objective: flip official AX-PROCESS RP from 0 once authority exists, and ship the Process Axis UI.
• Completion: axis_assignment rows for AX-PROCESS > 0 OR exact authority blocker re-proven; Process Axis page live (built + swapped) OR rebuilt handoff confirmed by operator.
• Allowed: execute guarded CONFIRM_PROCESS_CANDIDATE/CREATE_BIRTH_REQUEST after real votes; build+deploy Nuxt after git divergence resolved; verify routes.
• Forbidden: fake votes/ownership; auto-deploy over diverged git without operator sign-off; Nuxt-side math; checkboxes.
• Blockers: PROC-OWN-01/02/03 president votes; owner assignments; nuxt-repo git divergence (ahead 17/behind 13); operator build access.
• Expected safe branches: UI build dry-run, route smoke tests, post-vote axis_assignment verification, handler execute-mode wiring.

Macro 2 — INFORMATION_PIECE_FULL_CONTENT_AND_DOTKG_REALRUN_LADDER

• Objective: complete the content set (D11–D17) and walk dot:kg up the REAL_RUN ladder.
• Completion: D11–D17 drafted/published; dot:kg has ≥1 REAL_RUN observation (after real_run_enabled flip) OR exact operator blocker; PROC-OWN-04 packet final.
• Allowed: author content; flip real_run_enabled only if operator authorizes; record REAL_RUN producer+verifier pairs; refresh AI review.
• Forbidden: birth dot:kg before verified; source-IU edits; fake REAL_RUN.
• Blockers: real_run_enabled flip (operator); president vote PROC-OWN-04.
• Expected safe branches: content authoring, REAL_RUN harness prep, 10-process split spec, AI-review refresh.

Why only two

All engineering substrate (handlers, views, observation tables, executor, contract, residual hardening) is live. The remaining frontier is authority + operator deploy, which are exactly these two macros.
