09 · Content Work Continuation (Phase H)

Companion content advanced this run (no source-IU edited). The operator guide is published as a standalone companion doc (see below); the remaining pieces are captured here and queued.

Published this run

  • Registries-Pivot Process Axis — Operator Guideknowledge/dev/content/process-axis/registries-pivot-process-axis-operator-guide-2026-06-04.md (companion; how to read official-vs-candidate, use the action panel, and why FAIL_CLOSED buttons are locked).

Official vs candidate coverage (canonical explanation)

  • Official AX-PROCESS RP = 0/453 — zero processes carry a real axis_assignment on the canon AX-PROCESS axis. This is the only number that means "governed."
  • candidate_visible = 69/143 — RP can list these via the candidate layer, but listing ≠ official. The candidate layer is a staging surface, deliberately separate from canon.
  • 373 db_managed_definitions are operational process-defs but still not AX-PROCESS-official.
  • The gap closes only via the doc-05 sequence (PROC-OWN-01 → 02 → confirmations → births → axis_assignment).

Owner decision guide (PROC-OWN-01..05) — plain language

  1. 01 assign axis owner (reversible) → 2. 02 make AX-PROCESS canon (irreversible, flips RP) → 3. 03 birth job:cut → 4. 04 birth dot:kg only after REAL_RUN → 5. 05 turn on process.* events. Vote 01 before 02; never vote 04 before REAL_RUN.

job:cut first-official-process playbook

Sole verified candidate (8 members, iu-cutter DRYRUN runner). One PROC-OWN-03 president vote + domain birth handler away from being the first official process. See doc 07.

dot:kg correlated-dry-run → REAL_RUN ladder narrative

Done: correlated DRY_RUN pair. Next: flip real_run_enabled → first REAL_RUN → threshold → PROC-OWN-04 → 10-process split. See doc 08.

Process candidate universe narrative

453 universe (373 DB + 80 host-unmanaged). 143 orphans → 19 candidates (6 PROCESS_CANDIDATE ready for owner, 1 verified job:cut, rest components/not-process/needs-evidence). Residual hardened to 2 owner-reconcile (doc 06).

D11–D17 backlog (queued, not yet drafted)

  • D11 Action-panel UX copy (preview vs locked states)
  • D12 "What is a birth" canon primer for non-engineers
  • D13 Residual disposition taxonomy reference (v1→v4 lineage)
  • D14 AX-PROCESS axis canon rationale
  • D15 Health-Mon vs OS-infra boundary guide
  • D16 dot:kg family → 10-process split spec
  • D17 Owner onboarding checklist for WPC-* clusters

Blocker

None for content. Backlog is authoring time, queued for the content macro (doc 10).
