14 — Final Runbook

The frozen operator runbook is RUNBOOK_v3.md at /opt/incomex/docs/mcp-writes/rp-post-deploy-final-acceptance-or-operator-standby-2026-06-05/RUNBOOK_v3.md. It supersedes RUNBOOK_v2 and contains:

• Section 0: OOM warning and the check-before-any-heavy-read protocol (guard safety status must read OOM_SAFE; detector must show zero CRASH_LANDMINE; use function-backed guards only; heavy views standalone only).
• Section 1: UI deploy, two operator paths (push-and-PR with creds, or apply-patch-onto-clean-origin-main), then rebuild incomex-nuxt; with the NO-GO conditions.
• Section 2: the 11-route post-deploy HTTP smoke and the fail-closed page check, plus the DB-side proxy.
• Section 3: decorated-generated repoint — NOW PRE-BUILT. The exact single-statement repoint (CREATE OR REPLACE of _current selecting the 34 contract columns from the non-circular candidate) and its rollback (restore the pass-through alias), plus why it is not auto-applied.
• Section 4: object rollback files.
• Section 5: the read-only, OOM-safe monitoring/watch package.
• Section 6: the no-go list.
• Section 7: the authority sequence that unblocks officialization.

The runbook carries SQL, so it lives on the filesystem (the knowledge base blocks SQL-syntax bodies); the KB docs are prose-only.
