How a user supervises PG structure from the UI now

Start at Layer 1 (contract-v2) → drill while count>1. For AX-PXT aggregation nodes the drill is now real: count>1 → DRILL_GROUPS → grouped children (by source object / candidate / residual state) → final substrate. Empty candidates show an explicit empty-by-design banner. Authority-blocked nodes show status, never a fake-green.

AX_PROCESS_FIRST_OFFICIAL_AND_AX_TRIGGER_CANON_AFTER_AUTHORITY (president vote PROC-OWN-01..05 + AX-TRIGGER owner/canon) ‖ UI_OPERATOR_DEPLOY_V2 (one git sequence). Engineering side fully unblocked.
