  • Phase E — phantom PIVs (6), stale parallels, 2 stale ledger literals (residual 8→2, job_queue 8→13), 3 synthetic axes, advisory partitions, NULL dedup signature — all detected and labeled.
  • Phase F — reliability dashboard + v_rp_universal_node_ui_contract_reliability (badge-ready, production v2 untouched).
