What this run did

Moved Registries-Pivot from "the UI dynamic drill works" to "the UI dynamic drill works and every count is reliability-labeled, source-scoped, lane-split, and protected from known stale/phantom/static/hardcoded risks."

Built 19 additive, birth-free views (CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW, one COMMIT, birth_registry 1,194,877 before==after). No data/canon/owner/vote/event/REAL_RUN/IU/UI-deploy/git mutation. Production v_rp_universal_node_ui_contract_v2 untouched; reliability adapter added as v_rp_universal_node_ui_contract_reliability.
