What this run did

Registries-Pivot now honestly knows its sources. Built 16 additive, birth-free, OOM-safe views answering: what is covered / partial / unknown, what scanners really run vs what only looks scheduled, what drift exists, and what blind spots the UI must show (never as a silent zero).

• Live mutation: YES — 16 CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW in one transaction; birth_registry 1,205,440 == 1,205,440 before/after; RC=0. No data/canon/ownership/vote/event/REAL_RUN/IU/UI mutation.
• OOM: STABLE. No signal-9 since 06:04:02 UTC (verified live through 08:39 UTC). None of the new views touch the smoke probe or the heavy contract stack.
• Dual-path: PASS. query_pg (RO, 5s) == ssh→docker→psql.

Headline reality

• Adapter coverage 94 — 16 instrumented sources: 15 COVERED, 1 PARTIAL (kb_sop_docs). 21 total source classes once the 5 non-instrumented classes are added.
• Scanner: REAL_AUTOMATION proven — systemd timer fired 2026-06-05 04:10:01 CEST (02:10 UTC), rc=0, full pipeline. BUT two provenance tables (wf_scanner_run_log, workflow_scanner_registry.last_run_at) are frozen at 06-04 — a freshness lie now detected and labeled, not hidden.
• Blind spots: 9, all classified (kb partial, 77 host triggers, UI source unknown, cron drift, fs-no-registry, trigger_registry stale, provenance lie, candidate manual, REAL_RUN off). None renders as a silent zero.
• No-blind-spot-as-zero guard: 7/7 PASS. Regression: 8/8 PASS (with teeth).
