07 — RP Continuation Plan (Objective F)

Build NOW (live bridge, no gate): apply mapping view on clone (prod when owner authorizes); wire RP read paths to L1 governed vocab (validate species vs entity_species active codes, domain registry_group vs taxonomy FAC-02, composition_level vs {atom,molecule,compound,meta}); stage provisional mapping (G5); surface honesty in UI (G1 — show governed-mapping status + "not yet governed" gap=210, never coverage badge while gap>0).

RP-side cleanup NOW (DOT-mediated, Đ26 no manual INSERT): fix composition_level material/building/product (PIV-204/205/206); retire PIV-020 + MTX-TEST; resolve species='species' (PIV-016/103) + comp=meta; decide catalog drill-depth policy; structural — split registry_group into domain_facet (governed) + pivot_kind (rp-local shape) = root fix for Category error #1.

Must WAIT for L2 rollout (ospa≥1): any owned/accountable claim (needs governance_object_ownership, gap→0); reading axis*/topic*/scanner/events; submitting staged mappings as axis assignments.

Test on CLONE (CLONE-PROVEN): post-rollout submission path (registry_group→axis_value becomes axis assignment once axis tables exist). Restore /tmp/clone_finalized_2026-06-03.dump via ssh; never present clone as prod.

UI/API can read NOW: v_rp_classification_governance_map (or inline SELECT); entity_species/taxonomy_facets/taxonomy for dropdowns/validation; v_object_owner_gap=210 as honest banner; v_rp_governance_preflight/rollout_status (when applied).
