Headline

The Registries-Pivot dynamic layer engine is now a complete, live backend contract and is one operator UPDATE from a live hierarchical tree. The graph was proven on the current 37-pivot set via a net-zero live rehearsal (37 flat → 24 roots / 6 parents / 0 dangling, entry hash == exit hash). The §8 node contract is live in v_registries_pivot_node_contract and renders correctly today (honest-flat) and after wiring (hierarchical) with no UI or view change.

What changed vs the 2026-05-31 design docs (live wins)

• Backend contract views (v_registries_pivot_tree, v_living_lists, v_count_integrity, v_count_drift, fn_registries_pivot_node_substrate) are already LIVE — the design's "EXTEND/NEW" became real since 05-31.
• A new pivot PIV-207 (approval_requests) exists, not in the old wiring plan — wired as a root (giám_sát total).
• Drift is down to 3 rows (from 10 on 05-31); leaf-grain orphan = 0.

Done-enough decision

DONE ENOUGH at contract + apply-ready-graph tier. The backend graph is NOT dependent on naming convention (it is parent_code data); PIVOT_MISSING is surfaced, never hidden; no reliance on dot-pivot-update.
