11 — Next Macro Decision

Decision rule applied

"If endpoint deployed and dry-run succeeds → choose owner/event/process split + UI/canon." Endpoint is deployed and the first true DRY_RUN succeeded. Engineering blockers on the process chapter are cleared; what remains is owner/governance drain.

PRIMARY next macro: PROCESS_AXIS_OWNER_DRAIN_AND_CANON (Macro 1, doc 09)

Assign owners (AX-PROCESS / job:cut / dot:kg), canon PIV-340..353, birth job:cut, split dot:kg into 10 process defs, activate process.* events — all owner-gated; Claude pre-stages packets + rehearsed birth-free SQL.

PARALLEL (start now, no owner needed):

  • INFORMATION_PIECE_CONTENT_WORK_RESUME_ON_TOPIC_PROCESS_SURFACES (Macro 3) — content is unblocked (doc 08).
  • DOT_KG_CORRELATED_DRYRUN_AND_REAL_RUN_LADDER (Macro 2, dry-run-pair half only; real run owner-gated).
  • Operator: deploy the v8 UI/API package; promote the executor from docker run to the compose service block (service-snippet.txt) for restart-durability.

Not chosen (and why)

  • "endpoint deploy" / "UI only" micro-macros — already done.
  • content-only as primary — process owner-drain is the higher-leverage closeout; content runs in parallel.
