PD Full Operationalization — 09 Three-Macro Roadmap
09 — Three-Macro Closeout Roadmap (Workstream H)
Macro-sized only. No tiny single-step macros.
Macro 1 — PROCESS_AXIS_OWNER_DRAIN_AND_CANON
Objective: drain the owner/governance gates now that engineering is done — assign AX-PROCESS + job:cut + dot:kg owners; canon PIV-340..353; birth job:cut; split dot:kg into 10 process defs. Completion: owners assigned (governance_object_ownership non-empty), PIV-340..353 canon, job:cut born, dot:kg 10 defs born, process.* events activated. Forbidden: faking owner approval; activating events without owner; birthing without owner authorization. Safe branches Claude can pre-stage: owner packets, canon SQL (rehearsed birth-free dry-run), event-activation approval rows (pending), 10-def proposal SQL — all author-only until owner acts.
Macro 2 — DOT_KG_CORRELATED_DRYRUN_AND_REAL_RUN_LADDER
Objective: complete the dot:kg runtime ladder — EXPLAIN+VERIFY correlated dry-run pair; then (owner-gated) the first REAL_RUN with kill-switch. Completion: has_cross_component_correlation=true for dot:kg via dry-run; real-run admission checklist signed; (if owner enables) one REAL_RUN recorded with verifier pass. Forbidden: REAL_RUN without owner enabling runtime gates; verified status without real run + owner. Safe branches: correlated dry-run pair (no real run), correlation observation, UI dry-run pair view.
Macro 3 — INFORMATION_PIECE_CONTENT_WORK_RESUME_ON_TOPIC_PROCESS_SURFACES
Objective: resume content authoring on Topic×Process surfaces; build documents from the topic-process map; D1/D2 expansion. Completion: new information-piece documents authored from convergence hub; D1/D2 supplements published; topic/process candidate surfaces consumed. Forbidden: source IU edit without authorization; taxonomy promotion (owner-gated); fake canon. Safe branches: companion docs, candidate-surface consumption, content maps.
Sequencing
Macro 3 can run in parallel now (content unblocked). Macros 1 and 2 are owner-paced. No "just endpoint" / "just UI" micro-macros remain — those are done.
