12 — Two-Macro Roadmap (Workstream K)

Maximum two macros remain. Both are chapter-sized open-goal macros — no tiny single-decision loops.

Macro 1 — PROCESS_AXIS_GOVERNED_ACTIONS_EXECUTION_AND_UI_DEPLOY

Open goal: turn the action panel from "backend-live + packet" into "owner is executing governed actions through a deployed UI, and the safe canon/births have happened."

• Allowed: deploy the Registries-Pivot AX-PROCESS UI (operator Nuxt build); implement the domain handlers for assign_governance_owner / register_axis / activate_event_type (so an approved APR can actually execute); record human president votes the owner casts; execute staged canon for job:cut and AX-PROCESS once the president vote exists; grant/exercise a real AI delegation for review-only batches; activate process.* events after the first birth.
• Forbidden: AI casting president votes; birthing dot:kg's 10 split before a REAL_RUN; faking approval/owner; REAL_RUN of production DOTs.
• Completion: UI live; ≥1 domain handler implemented and exercised by a real president approval; job:cut born (if owner approves); events activated; delegation exercised once; safety audit clean.

Macro 2 — INFORMATION_PIECE_FULL_CONTENT_WORK_ON_TOPIC_PROCESS_SURFACES

Open goal: produce substantial information-piece content across the Topic × Process surfaces now that the process axis is governable.

• Allowed: author the KG hub process sections, dot:kg D1/D2 REAL_RUN walkthrough, job:cut process page (post-birth), action-panel end-user docs; expand v_information_piece_topic_process_map relations; build the documented backlog (D1..D10 + Mothers).
• Forbidden: source IU edits without owner ratify; unretirable canon/births; assuming owner/legal ratification.
• Completion: the topic×process content backlog is materially drained; companion docs published; no governance shortcut taken.
