08 — Self-Review & Acceptance

8.1 Verdict

STATUS = PASS. Concept patch = APPLIED / GO. The concept/principle canonical design layer for One-Roof Governance now exists and is referenced by the affected surface + IU canonical designs. Apply/remediation-binding, IU surface/owner-binding, law-file edits, and enactment remain NO-GO behind named prerequisites (SB-1/2/3, OP-B, C-4/5, L-1/2, H-1/2).

8.2 Acceptance criteria (mission §8) — all PASS

# Criterion Result
1 State recovery proves Round 4 is the latest controlling input ✅ doc 01 (lineage + GPT review + KB listing)
2 Real target docs discovered, not guessed ✅ doc 02 (search + list; every path confirmed before edit)
3 Concept/principle patches applied ✅ doc 04 (4 created + 7 patched)
4 Blockers explicitly carried forward ✅ doc 05 + every patched section's Blockers line
5 No technical implementation introduced ✅ doc 06 §6.5
6 No apply/remediation binding introduced ✅ doc 06 §6.5
7 No IU surface/binding introduced ✅ IU concept-only; OP-B/SB-3/C-4 held
8 No law enactment / version bump / approval created ✅ doc 06 §6.5–6.6
9 No PG/Directus/Qdrant/Nuxt mutation occurred ✅ doc 06 §6.7 (KB-only, 13 writes)
10 Report package documents all changes ✅ this 9-doc package

PASS (not PARTIAL/BLOCKED): KB access was full, real targets were found, concept patches were applied, and no blocker prevented meaningful patching.

8.3 Forbidden-action compliance

Full matrix in doc 06 §6.5. Summary: no PG/Directus/Qdrant/Nuxt mutation · no schema/DOT/scanner/SQL/UI/route/API · no apply/remediation binding · no IU surface/owner-binding · no axis-envelope generalization · no law enactment/version-bump/status-change · no normative_registry/law_catalog/governance_docs write · no approval/self-approval · no hardcode · no fixed axis array · no hidden local-governance island · no restart (true continuation). Net new enacted/ratified state = zero.

8.4 Honest weaknesses / residual risks

  1. Self-authored concept layer. The canon transcribes Round-4 clause cards authored by the prior agent chain; the patch was not adversarially reviewed this session. Mitigation: Prompt 1 (external critique) is the intended counter, and is sequenced first.
  2. SB-3 is real and unresolved. "No fixed axis array" remains substrate-false at IU until the envelope is generalized. The patch surfaces this honestly everywhere the claim appears, but a reader who skims could still over-read "open-axis" as already-buildable. Mitigation: the IU patch carries an explicit "OUT OF SCOPE / DEFERRED" banner.
  3. Surface docs 05/09/10/11 not separately patched. The coverage-invariant (05), anti-spam (09), UI/render (10), and no-hardcode-test (11) docs are covered by cross-reference from doc 00 rather than their own sections. This keeps the patch surface minimal but means a reader of doc 05 in isolation must follow the doc-00 pointer. Judgment: acceptable — duplicating clause text into every doc would violate the Đ37 anti-bloat principle the patch itself enforces.
  4. IU rev2 package left for the next round. Only the single IU foundation doc was patched; the 11-doc v0.6-iu-4mothers-event-foundation-rev2/ package (which also references the IU substrate) was not. Judgment: deliberate scope control — IU concept is fully carried in the canon; the rev2 package's governance addenda can reference the canon in a follow-up without re-opening OP-B.
  5. KB revision advanced on patched docs. Unavoidable per-edit counter; not a semantic version bump (doc 06 §6.6). Recorded for transparency.
  6. Live PG not re-queried this session. The concept patch relied on the < 1-day-old Round-4 read-only snapshot rather than re-issuing reads. Judgment: a concept patch adds no new live evidence; re-querying would have been ceremony. If the substrate changed in the last day, the blocker flags would need a refresh — low risk over < 24h.

None of these is a scope violation; they are sequencing/coverage realities the CONDITIONAL-GO frontier already accounts for.

8.5 Completeness

  • Created: 4 concept-canon docs (…/design/one-roof-governance-concepts/00–03) + 9 report docs (this package).
  • Patched: 6 Registries-Pivot canonical docs (00/04/06/07/08/12) + 1 IU foundation doc — append-only concept sections, rev 1→2.
  • 18 concept items (mission §3) all carried; all blocker flags (mission §3.18) present; forbidden list (mission §4) fully honored; patch-behavior rules (mission §6) honored.

8.6 Final self-statement

This session did exactly the bounded work the mission authorized: it recovered state and confirmed Round 4 as the controlling input, discovered the real canonical design home (knowledge/dev/design/) rather than guessing, created the missing canonical concept home for One-Roof Governance, applied additive concept/principle patches to the directly-affected Registries-Pivot and IU canonical designs, carried every substrate/council/law/enactment blocker forward explicitly, and introduced no technical implementation, apply binding, IU surface binding, law enactment, version bump, approval, or substrate mutation. The canonical design layer now carries the One-Roof governance concepts at the concept tier; the apply/IU-surface/law/enactment tiers remain correctly held behind the 3 substrate deltas and the 8-item council/human surface. PASS — concept patch applied; ready for external critique (Prompt 1) and the council decision surface (Prompt 2).
