What this is

Independent, read-only audit by Terminal 2 of the Process×Trigger / Registries-Pivot closeout produced by Terminal 1 (macro AUTHORITY_INDEPENDENT_TOTAL_CLOSEOUT_UI_PR_CONTENT_DOTKG_TRIGGER_RP_ACCEPTANCE).

Purpose: verify and challenge Terminal 1's assumptions against live production so the final report can be trusted quickly. This audit does not mutate production — its only writes are these KB audit documents.

PASS — Terminal 1's closeout is corroborated by live state. Engineering frontier is closed; the only remaining blockers are true authority actions (president vote / owner / real-run flip).
