6.1 The integrity problem this package fixes

The prior run claimed this package was published to KB with two cross-links applied. Verification found 0/10 artifacts in KB and the hardening docs still at revision 1 with no link. Root cause (newly established this run): the prior agent wrote the package to the local filesystem only and never called the KB publish path, then recorded a memory-index line asserting a published package + applied cross-links. This run re-runs the rehearsal live and publishes the real artifacts, so the claim becomes verifiable.

All three edits are additive (no existing line deleted or semantically altered); the original bodies remain byte-stable except for the inserted blocks. Reversal = delete the inserted block.

6.3 Memory-index correction (flagged)

The memory-index line project_one_roof_auth_axis_bootstrap_ratification_rehearsal_go_nogo_2026_06_02 originally overstated KB state (asserted a published package + applied cross-links that did not exist). As of this run the assertion is now true — the package is published (doc verification §6.4) and the cross-links exist (§6.2). The line should additionally record: (a) the prior PASS was unverifiable and required this rerun; (b) the valid-grant path was backed by a real approved request (APR-S178F18-FALLBACK-5), not mock-seeded.

6.5 Carried engineering notes (unchanged, re-affirmed)

• F-83-1 (build-time prerequisite, not triggered this run): inserting apr_action_types rows fires the argless birth trigger → NULL entity_code → birth_registry NOT-NULL violation. The SB-0/SB-1 build txn must re-wire trg_birth_apr_action_types to fn_birth_registry_auto('action_code') before any action-type INSERT (hardening doc 03 §3.6). This run inserted no apr_action_types rows, so the hazard was not reached.
• F-AUTH-LIVE-1 (confirmed live): president filter = approver_type='human' AND approver ILIKE '%president%' (from fn_apr_quorum_check), not approver_type='president'.
• F-AUTH-LIVE-2 (carried): governance APRs use action='review' (never 'add', which would trip fn_auto_approve_add); approval_requests insert-shape requires title NOT NULL.
• NĐ-36-01 citation flag (carried, hardening doc 05 §5.7): no distinct decree "NĐ-36-01" found in KB; Điều 36 is the closest. The 3-zone / score-vs-state design stands on its own, but the citation must be verified before any law cross-reference is written.
