Branch F — Updated IU Technical Gap Board

Doc 06 (2026-05-29)

A. Fixed now (this session)

Item Fix Reversible
P0 post-cut axis-B autowire fn_cut_complete wires fn_iu_post_cut_axis_materialize(source_ref,actor), gated/best-effort/idempotent (default off) ✅ restore original def
Reconstruct not DOT-wrapped dot_iu_reconstruct_source registered (read-only) ✅ DELETE row
Vector PG↔Qdrant drift (was YELLOW) Read-only reconcile: Qdrant 149 == PG 149; "0 points" note was stale n/a (read-only)

B. Still a TECHNICAL gap (agent-solvable; specified, not yet executed)

Item Status Next
7 mutating DOT wrappers (emit, route-worker, dlq-replay, relation-assert, enact, capture-status, vector-reindex/verify) Packs ready (Doc 02 §3) Macro M2: author Tier-B + paired Tier-A under APR
Đ35 / dot_tools integration of IU catalog Plan ready (Doc 03) Macro: APR ratify sub-registry + fn_dot_iu_tools_reconcile
iu_qdrant_collection_registry.notes stale ("0 points") cosmetic one-line PG update in a safe write window
dot_iu_vector_verify Tier-A (PG↔Qdrant GET-compare → system_issues) specified with M2
Activate post-cut autowire (open three_axis_auto_refresh_enabled) mechanism ready governance decision (pilot may keep off)

C. Design / human-decision gap (NOT agent-solvable)

Item Owner
Whether to enable three_axis_auto_refresh_enabled in pilot governance
P-pub warn→block + production review_decision authoring Council / Đ32/38/39
Human-org-role / permission law (D-1) future Điều XX
Candidate / Tier / Governance-Ops surveys + IU-substrate Gate A governance

D. Deferred workflow / MOWD discussion (out of scope here)

Item Disposition
Workflow substrate IU-binding (inline bpmn_xml/narrative/trigger_*_text) Deferred — design topic
MOW vs MOWD (recommendation: Hybrid, no 5th Mother) Deferred — see prior audit Doc 05
Workflow design blueprint schema Deferred — see prior audit Doc 06
Read-only workflow UI proof surface Deferred — needs human-org-role law

Recorded for later human discussion per user direction: all of Section D plus C-items remain open business/design questions; this campaign touched none of them.

E. IU technical-readiness statement

Post-session, IU core is technically clean for the pilot: P0 fixed (mechanism wired, default-off), reconstruct auditable, vector reconciled GREEN, regression pilot-green, gates closed, never-flip intact. Remaining technical work is additive DOT coverage + Đ35 integration (specified, governed), not defects.
