MP1–MP6 were applied. Requirement Rev2 is now sufficient for user approval and for opening a document-only Master Design Rev2 macro after user approval.

5. Design realtime gateway boundary without direct Nuxt queue/outbox read.
6. Preserve no-double-ownership and law boundaries.
