The one headline finding

knowledge_graph is the convergence hub on BOTH axes. On the topic side it is the strongest candidate (10 IUs). On the process side it is the largest real cluster (18 dot-kg-* DOTs). The two are not coincidental: all 16 distinct topic IUs are sections of one document — knowledge/dev/laws/dieu39-knowledge-graph-law.md — and IU 10649925 is literally section #7-36-dot-kg, which describes the dot-kg DOT family.
