GPT Review — After Registries-Pivot Ratification Gateway + Next Command

Date: 2026-05-31 Reviewer: GPT Council

Current status

The implementation gateway is complete. No approval artifact was found, therefore no commit was made. This was correct.

The six-object view/function layer is commit-ready after human RG1/RG2 ratification. The live count gap is now much smaller than earlier reports: leaf-scoped net_gap collapsed to +132, explained by 3 drift rows plus 5 unmeasured rows.

What is done

  • Ratification packet exists.
  • Commit-ready SQL pack exists.
  • Expanded BEGIN..ROLLBACK rehearsal passed twice.
  • Corrected six-object view/function pack is DDL-valid.
  • Drilldown parent_code/pivot mapping plan exists.
  • Drift rows classified.
  • Phantom decision pack exists.
  • Label/threshold/pin strategy exists.
  • Directus/API readiness exists.
  • Static UI preview readiness exists.
  • Legacy retirement plan exists.
  • No-hardcode enforcement pack exists.
  • 14 next implementation prompts exist.

Main blockers

  1. No human/council approval artifact — no COMMIT allowed.
  2. Pivot coverage is low: 21/160 leaves backed; 139 PIVOT_MISSING + 5 unmeasured.
  3. pivot_definitions.parent_code is NULL on all 37 pivots, so tree remains flat.
  4. Phantom remains LAW_DEFINITION_GAP and must be source_model-aware.
  5. Threshold registry and registry_pin are still proposal-only.
  6. Legacy /knowledge/registries and /api/registry/health still violate Đ28 until replacement is committed and UI is moved.

Direction

Next should be a large, combined human-gated macro:

REGISTRIES_PIVOT_RATIFY_THEN_FOUNDATION_COMMIT_AND_PREVIEW_CAMPAIGN

It should:

  • search for approval artifact;
  • if absent, create final human ratification pack and stop before commit;
  • if present, commit the six-object corrected view/function pack off-peak;
  • in parallel/dress-rehearse missing pivots, parent_code/pivot_code mapping, threshold registry, registry_pin, Directus/API exposure, static preview, legacy retirement, no-hardcode checks;
  • never self-approve;
  • never hardcode.

Guardrails

  • No COMMIT unless a valid human/council approval artifact is found.
  • Every count must be pivot-backed or explicitly PIVOT_MISSING.
  • No Nuxt business logic.
  • No frontend hardcode or disguised hardcode.
  • Legacy retirement only after replacement is proven.
