Date: 2026-05-31 Reviewer: GPT Council
Current status
The interrupted Registries-Pivot Master Design v0.1 package has been successfully closed out.
Canonical docs exist under:
knowledge/dev/design/registries-pivot-os-agency/
Report summary exists:

Meaning
We now have an official design package, but it is not yet implementation-ready. The readiness verdict is: DESIGN COMPLETE / NOT YET IMPLEMENTABLE.
The main blocker is not missing design. It is the required ratification and count-integrity evidence gate.

Next step
Before implementation, run:
REGISTRIES_PIVOT_COUNT_INTEGRITY_READONLY_REHEARSAL
Purpose:
- read-only/BEGIN..ROLLBACK validation of v_count_integrity over the correct leaf set;
- prove the count-integrity failure numbers;
- classify all drift rows;
- confirm missing pivots;
- decide what can move to PG view/function rehearsal.
Guardrails
- No production Nuxt.
- No schema commit.
- No route implementation.
- No fake approval.
- No hardcode.
- No frontend count logic.
- Every displayed count remains pivot-backed or PIVOT_MISSING.
