Rules:

1. Read Cowork source doc.
2. Replace all groups and surfaces/items using the exact 61 items in the source doc.
3. Preserve existing top-level manifest metadata where possible: schema_version, workspace, preview_base, status_vocab, approval_vocab.
4. Keep the page HTML unchanged unless it cannot render the new manifest.
5. Do not redeploy HTML.
6. preview_url becomes the primary hyperlink when present.
