FIX7 P0 — Post No-Production Execution — Owner/Operator Note (2026-06-12)

Status line

  • No-production implementation execution: DONE / APPLIEDFIX7_P0_NO_PRODUCTION_IMPLEMENTATION_EXECUTION_AND_REVIEW_APPLIED.
  • Production: BLOCKED (unchanged; nothing production was touched).
  • Default for production: HOLD.

What was done (no-production, KB/governance only)

Under the GPT-delegated AUTHORIZE_IMPLEMENTATION_EXECUTION_NO_PRODUCTION, two additive KB documents were created and the lane was fully closed with evidence:

  1. Operative birth-blueprint (fix7-p0-operative-birth-blueprint-2026-06-12.md) — binds the Codex-sealed identity (P7/N7/N8/N6/canonicalizer rev3/Packet V3) as the operative reference for any future execution lane. Additive; reversible; explicitly blocks production.
  2. Governance addendum — reserves TKT-OBJ-442..461 (PROPOSED, APPLY_NOW=NO).

Mandatory hardened rollback gate PASS; 15/15 execution bad-input probes fail-closed; staging rollback proven; post-execution review clean; evidence packet tree 72b24b8a….

What was deliberately NOT done

  • The P7-pinned canonicalizer was not edited (would break the pin); operative status is additive.
  • No production mutation, no PG/Directus/system_issues/registry-row, no CI/deploy, no REAL_RUN, no QT001/apply, no permit/activation/repoint/cutover, no secrets change, no evidence deletion.
  • No canonical registry/index fold (standalone addendum only).

Decision options for the owner

  1. HOLD (default, recommended) — the no-production lane is complete; do nothing further until you choose to scope a production phase.
  2. Apply the canonical fold of TKT-OBJ-442..461 — owner/GPT-only governance bookkeeping (optional).
  3. Authorize a production phase — only after the production blockers are resolved:
    • FIX7-P0-PROD-BIRTH-SURFACE-1 (scope the production object-birth surface — operator);
    • FIX7-P0-PROD-CI-SCOPE-1 (CI/deploy scope — owner/operator);
    • FIX7-P0-DRYRUN-PROD-ROLLBACK-1 (PROVE production snapshot/restore — operator);
    • FIX7-P0-PROD-OPT4-1 (explicit production OPT-4 — owner);
    • separate REAL_RUN, QT001/apply, permit/activation/repoint/cutover grants (owner). The no-production grant does not extend to production.
