11 — D1/D2 Expansion Readiness (Workstream J)

Content work that proceeds with no runner and no endpoint — so there is no dead time if runtime stays blocked.

Tasks that can proceed now (no execution required)

1. KG curated-cluster (D1) refinement — extend the d1 knowledge-graph curated cluster doc with the contract-bound pilot subgraph (4 nodes / 4 edges) as a worked example; document the EXPLAIN→VERIFY contract as the canonical KG dry-run shape.
2. dot-kg SOP (D2) expansion — add the contract/dispatcher/endpoint sequence to the d2 process-family SOP runbook: the exact "plan_only_tested → endpoint → dry_run_observed → real_run_observed → verified" ladder.
3. Process diagrams from structural evidence — render the 18 KG pairs + engine mix (14 pg_function / 12 agent_api / 10 hybrid) as a family diagram; mark which subset is contract-ready.
4. UI docs — document the 5 new /process-discovery/* routes and the "missing step" widget.
5. Runbook warnings — record: dispatcher cannot execute; DRY_RUN refused without endpoint; auto-approve trigger on action='add'; KB-doc ingestion creates births; RO 5s timeout on deep v5 views.
