Reconstruction and Command Evidence
- Production mutation:
NO - Reconstruction root: temporary local materialization fetched byte-for-byte from governed AgentData KB.
- Local materialization is evidence workspace only, never authority.

Fresh-reconstruction verdict
REJECT overall. Real-N6 reconstructs, but T2 and alignment packets do not reconstruct from their governed packet paths, and real-N6 fails independent invalid-input probes after reconstruction.
