Decisive PG blocker
S15 cannot make directus effective EXECUTE zero while directus still owns the legacy routines. PostgreSQL object-owner privileges are implicit; REVOKE is insufficient. The blueprint's guard and package order are therefore not executable as written.
Status
- T1 must fix the remaining blockers.
- Official FIX7 design remains approved.
- Patched construction blueprint is not approved.
- Implementation-authoring planning is not approved.
- Production implementation, Stage 2.6B, permit, REAL_RUN, QT001 apply, activation, repoint, and owner/ACL cutover remain blocked.
Next: T1 correction pass, then another Codex recheck.
