03 - Stub Scope Recheck

Verdict

STUB_SCOPE_NEEDS_FIX

The five dispositions remove the prior stub-all contradiction. Body mutation is now bounded to STUB_FAIL_CLOSED.

Remaining issues:

  1. Classification of STUB_FAIL_CLOSED is said to be based on #11 live reachability, while G-NOLEGACY-PRE requires the new-entrypoint #11 closure to reach zero legacy objects. The classification roots/directions are not specified consistently.
  2. source_sha256 pins proof of a body but does not contain a restorable function/procedure definition. The blueprint must bind a content-addressed, read-back-verified source artifact and the exact authorized restore operation for every body change.
  3. REVOKE_ONLY is not neutralized against owner directus at S15.

Required T1 fix: define exact classification queries/roots and a symmetric body restore artifact, then reconcile ownership timing.
