Finite required corrections

1. Deliver one actually runnable, scoped SSOT artifact. If code remains embedded in Markdown, define and test an exact byte extraction/materialization command; the declared invocation must exist and exit 0.
2. Implement the full production pipeline: MCP input bundle validation, active extractor, marker/fence enumeration and duplicate checks, normalized per-doc records, corpus/registry/boundary/guard/manifest/seal encoders, and all eight required digest outputs.
3. Make --selftest execute every claimed scenario, especially duplicate authority/package divergence, duplicate markers, extractor ambiguities, envelope roster closure, and real self-revision input rejection. Paste complete real output.
4. Implement G-NO-DUPLICATE-CANONICAL-AUTHORITY mechanically over the scoped ACTIVE_AUTHORITY/package inputs; do not rely on banners.
5. Remove the permission for an unpinned reimplementation to qualify through incomplete vectors. Require the one sealed executable artifact or full behavioral equivalence over a complete suite.
6. Define an independently authenticated or revision-bound detached-seal anchor consistent with CHECK H/I, without reintroducing self-reference.
7. Re-run Codex sealing and produce all required digest fields.

Reusable framework work remains out of scope. These corrections are limited to this construction blueprint.
