Constitution Article 14 Executable Check Recheck

Verdict

CONSTITUTION_14_EXECUTABLE_CHECK_FAIL

The self-check is not proof of the full approval-envelope contract.

Evidence

  • Declared invocation exits 2 because the .py artifact does not exist.
  • Selftest covers 22 narrow unit assertions, not the production seal path.
  • Claimed computed scenarios for duplicate authority/package divergence are prose-only; they do not appear in the executable test.
  • Active extractor, duplicate-marker handling, envelope roster closure, all aggregate digests, and detached-seal computation are absent.
  • The test for self-revision merely inserts an N8 self-edge; it does not parse and reject a real seal/envelope revision input.

This leaves the exact “law reads well but code fails” gap NT14 forbids.
