Blocking defect

The model requires the Codex checkpoint's own platform revision to be recorded in or with its detached seal and then read back for equality. A final revision is assigned only after the write. Writing that revision into the anchored material creates a later revision. This is a revision-layer self-reference even though the content-hash DAG is acyclic.

Required correction

T1 must specify one non-circular option and its finite write/read sequence:

• an external immutable platform/audit anchor addressable by revision; or
• a separate follow-on anchor artifact that records the prior checkpoint revision and does not require its own revision inside itself; or
• removal of own-revision equality as load-bearing, with the resulting weaker guarantee explicitly accepted.

No agent may improvise the anchor procedure.
