Constitution 14 Check

Verdict

CONSTITUTION_14_CHECK_NEEDS_FIX

Accepted

T1 materially improved byte-exact definitions and removed the previously identified content-hash cycles.

Blocking gaps

  1. The proposed Codex checkpoint anchor requires the checkpoint's own final platform revision to be recorded and read back from that same checkpoint/seal. The revision only exists after write; inserting it causes a new revision. The procedure therefore cannot complete in a finite, predeclared sequence without improvisation.
  2. The canonicalizer/reference implementation is described but not pinned as one executable, versioned, hashed SSOT artifact with exact invocation and test vectors.
  3. Multiple load-bearing descriptions can still drift between the canonical contract, guard definitions, and explanatory reports. Điều 14 requires one authority of one nature, with all other copies explicitly non-authority references.

Required T1 correction

Define a finite ordered sealing procedure; pin exactly one executable canonical contract/canonicalizer; add a scoped no-duplicate authority guard covering exact, semantic, and structural duplicate contract definitions.
