Codex FIX7 Blueprint Recheck 7 — Read Me First

Scope

Read-only owner review of the T1 patch after Codex recheck 6. No implementation, Stage 2.6B, permit, REAL_RUN, or QT001 apply was authorized or performed.

Review emphasis

• Recheck all previously identified defects.
• Apply Constitution NT14: every load-bearing clause must be executable immediately without agent improvisation.
• Apply the spirit of Điều 14: one SSOT for one nature; prevent exact, semantic, and structural duplication of authority contracts.
• Preserve zero-hardcode, zero-disguised-hardcode, PG-first, PG-native, and PG-driven requirements.

The content-hash DAG is accepted as acyclic and prior runtime design acceptance is not revoked. Final authoring-planning approval is held because the revision anchor remains self-referential and the canonical authority contract is not yet uniquely pinned and mechanically executable.
