Check G - Fail-Closed Drift Guards

Verdict: FAIL_CLOSED_DRIFT_GUARDS_NEED_FIX

The guard dependency graph and intended STOP behavior are correct: all relevant guards now claim dependency on FIX7-CANON-V1 and the detached seal.

They cannot yet prove fail-closed behavior because their canonical inputs and detached anchor are not uniquely computable. A guard that requires an operator/agent to interpret prose scope, escaping, fence ranges, or the circular anchor can produce inconsistent outcomes.

After fixing Checks A/B/E, bind each guard to the executable canonicalizer/version and exact detached-anchor verification algorithm. Canonicalizer absence, unknown syntax, ambiguous scope, parse failure, or mismatch must fail closed.
