T1 removed the main disguised-hardcode constructs. No severe name/pattern/classifier/STUB authority has returned.

Remaining risks are contract precision defects:

1. The mixed-type denominator cannot be represented as one exact PG-native set or consumed by one uniform object guard.
2. G-LEGACY-NO-DISPOSITION-AUTHORITY lacks a precise normative-versus-historical input boundary, so it cannot machine-check semantic removal while old operational instructions remain in current artifacts.

Required correction must not add fixed lists, new surfaces, hash contracts, catalog families, or readiness gates. Use existing typed object closure, role/catalog facts, bypass-vector manifests/guards, and explicit superseded-non-authority document boundaries.
