What was done

Independent XHigh audit of the FIX7 Existing-System Refactor Execution Blueprint. The blueprint's own embedded XHigh/Max self-review was treated as evidence only. All 13 blueprint docs + checkpoint re-read from persisted state; live production inspected read-only.

Live evidence (read-only, DB directus)

• Legacy/control fns fn_dot_birth_qt001_apply, sp_dot_birth_qt001_apply, fn_qt001_plan_v5, fn_dot_birth_qt001_plan_v2, fn_birth_registry_auto: proacl = NULL -> default EXECUTE to PUBLIC. The legacy apply/writer entrypoints are PUBLIC-executable live - substantiates "blocked, not merely unreachable" and the gateway-overwrite risk.
• 26 relations matching qt001%/birth% (no v_ prefix) owned by directus (= 20 qt001 tables + 6 birth relations); 196 legacy views carry v_qt001_* prefix.

• XHI-01 (P2) guard count stale 26 -> corrected to 30 (doc 06/12 + checkpoints).
• XHI-02 (P1) G-LEGACY-FROZEN dangling reference -> defined in doc 06.
• XHB-01 (P1) no gateway/control-plane overwrite guard -> added G-DOT-NOOVERWRITE (doc 06/04/07/08).
• XHB-02 (P1) S15 rollback restores legacy EXECUTE -> doc 05 note 5 safe-blocked-baseline rationale.
• XHD-01 (P2) PKG-G no-go incomplete -> app-table authority + unverified snapshot added.
• XHO-01 (P2) regclass binding order implicit + S19 precond S16->S18 -> doc 04 fixed.
• XHH-01 (P1) missing hard-block rows -> birth-gateway-modification + registry-pivot-repoint (doc 08).
• XHL-01 (P2) cross-layer OUT-OF-SCOPE absent -> doc 08 §E (Đ43/QT-006/registry-pivot/raw-birth).
• XHJ-01 (P3) S00 inventory could read as authority -> clarified diagnostic-only; authority=#11/#20/#21.
• XHM-01 (P2) #26 mapping could read as replacing birth gateway -> reworded (registers/binds).
