Checkpoint — T2 RP Operator/Authority Acceleration Pack — 2026-06-05

Role: Terminal 2 (Auditor / Runbook Preparer). Mode: READ-ONLY. Status: PARTIAL (pack complete + live-verified; PARTIAL solely because T1's newest post-deploy/standby checkpoint does not exist yet).

Goal

Prepare the fastest safe path for the next T1 RP macro so it executes without rediscovery the moment operator access or governance authority is available.

Key finding (the PARTIAL trigger)

• checkpoint-rp-post-deploy-final-acceptance-or-operator-standby-2026-06-05.md = not_found. T1 has NOT produced the post-deploy/standby checkpoint. Newest existing checkpoint = checkpoint-rp-ui-operator-deploy-decorated-generator-final-acceptance-2026-06-05.md, whose NEXT was RP_POST_DEPLOY_FINAL_ACCEPTANCE_AND_DECORATED_GENERATOR_REPOINT.

What T2 did (read-only)

• Read 4 prior checkpoints + the laws doc + the FS RUNBOOK_v2 (full).
• Live read-only cross-check (query_pg / docker_logs / read_file): confirmed zero engineering drift and OOM safety (see evidence below).
• Wrote 8 pack docs (00–07) + this checkpoint. No other mutations.

• Decorated-generated repoint: READY_OPERATOR_GATED → DO-NOT-NOW (candidate circular; green prod; no-hardcode authority-gated).

3. Optional scripted 11-route curl smoke harness.
4. Add "guard fn can timeout under 5s MCP wrapper → ssh psql statement_timeout=0" to RUNBOOK_v2 §0.
