  • Final status: FIX7_P0_CODEX_REVIEW_EVIDENCE_BUNDLE_READY

  • Codex re-asked: NO · Owner-ask: NO

  • Registry/index folded: NO · N7/N8/P7 altered: NO · Dry-run verdict altered: NO

What this macro did

After Codex returned CODEX_FIX7_P0_DRYRUN_EXECUTION_READINESS_REVIEW_BLOCKED (blocked on evidence-access / MCP handshake timeout — not a content rejection), T1 built a single Codex-readable evidence bundle so the independent execution-readiness review can be re-run from one discoverable root.

Key results

  • Codex blocked-review artifacts: all 3 macro-listed paths not_found in KB → CODEX_BLOCKED_REVIEW_ARTIFACT_NOT_FOUND_IN_KB. They are the blocked review's OUTPUT, not inputs; recorded, not fabricated.
  • All required review inputs present & verified byte-exact:
    • Dry-run packet (21 files) tree 02b200e5…94e6 — recompute PASS.
    • Planning packet (16 files) tree f470d0d0…0fe8f — recompute PASS.
    • Seal (19 files) tree 3890cd34…12a234; N7 efb0c574…1853d32, N8 daa70c39…6117e1a1, P7 9ddb27c3…034550 — all match.
    • TKT Base pack (30 files) + T2 support — present/readable.
    • 22/22 standalone docs readable; 0 required inputs unreadable.
  • Bundle published: …/fix7-p0-codex-review-evidence-bundle-2026-06-11/ (13 files, tree 1b824b91…33ab26). commands.sh → OVERALL PASS (exit 0); RERUN.sh → RERUN_RESULT: PASS (exit 0); 11 authored files re-fetched byte-identical; 13/13 in KB listing.

Objects

TKT-OBJ-407..412 (6) PROPOSED, APPLY_NOW=NO, standalone addendum above ceiling 406. No canonical registry JSON / 00-index fold (T1/T2 fold race open).

Blockers (owner/operator-only; production NOT blocked by this macro)

Carried: FIX7-P0-PLAN-EXEC-AUTH-1 (OPT-4), -SURFACE-1/-2, -REALRUN-1, -SEPARATE-AUTH-1, FIX7-P0-DRYRUN-PROD-ROLLBACK-1. New: FIX7-P0-CODEX-REVIEW-ROUTE-1 (owner routes the re-review; this macro does not re-ask Codex; blocks only the Codex re-review step).

Next

Owner hands Codex this bundle root (README_FOR_CODEX.mdREQUIRED_READ_ORDER.md) as its single entry point for the fresh execution-readiness re-review. Implementation execution remains separately gated (OPT-4 + production scoping).
