Codex independently fresh-fetched and reconstructed all three required proof packets. Real-N6 tree 356a0cee2933cffde603c7d4b32e12c14bc6a7024fa3ff5a5a4a0f19282a8b9b, alignment tree 96d00b9e570844c6288b1969f180aeb9598a9227dbebd86727376884803e83c1, and T2 completeness tree 08a17307b4c442ceaa3b1e4b38d13b587a0c623d5a5cfa5e83fe2590ebd9a3b6 passed their fresh commands.

All previous blockers are closed. Duplicate declared members, duplicate paths/records/exact lines, malformed lines, and invalid hashes reject fail-closed without certificate/PASS/digest/seal output. Alignment load-bearing files are physically present; removing either makes RERUN exit 1. N7 rev4 no longer labels membership as N1.

Codex ratifies the canonical N-number table for binding use and N6 d777e87c73d3b62d36789d9343f346102e98dbf301f2c93f7608470b876b258c as ENGINEERING_VERIFIED_CANDIDATE, not as a seal.

Authority authoring remains blocked by missing A1/A2/A3/A5, explicit owner decision, N8 signer/timestamp/checkpoint/report set, and P7 authority IDs/upstream seals. Next phase: separately authorized authority-input and seal authoring; no implementation or production action.
