Checkpoint — Codex FIX7 N-number/N6 Authority-Seal Review

  • Final status: CODEX_FIX7_N_NUMBER_OR_N6_REJECTED
  • Production mutation: NO
  • N7/N8/P7 authored: NO / NO / NO

Fresh real-N6 reconstruction reproduced d777e87c73d3b62d36789d9343f346102e98dbf301f2c93f7608470b876b258c and the supplied packet gates passed. Codex-owned probes nevertheless found two fail-open classes: duplicate declared corpus members and duplicate manifest records are accepted and receive a certificate.

The N-number table is not ratified because an active authority N7 envelope still labels membership_sha256 as N1, conflicting with the proposal that N1 is per-document normalized content and membership is unnumbered. T1 alignment and T2 review packets also fail fresh packet-path reconstruction because manifest-listed load-bearing files are absent.

Authority inputs A1/A2/A3/A5 and N8/P7 Codex inputs remain missing. No seal, official pin, implementation, production action, promotion, REAL_RUN, QT001, permit, activation, repoint, or cutover was performed.
