• Active extractor deterministic prose contract.
• N1–N9 content-hash DAG is acyclic.
• Prior runtime zero-hardcode and PG-first/native/driven design acceptance remains substantively intact.
• Existing authority and operational boundaries remain intact.

Blocking corrections

• Resolve checkpoint-own-revision self-reference with a finite non-circular anchor procedure.
• Pin one executable canonicalizer/encoder SSOT and make all other descriptions non-authority references.
• Add scoped Article-14 no-duplicate authority-contract enforcement.
• Close canonical document-ID aliases and enforce exact MCP canonical identity.
• Enforce exact marker grammar and marker-kind consistency.
