Corrected a report/reality mismatch: the staged packet files were NOT lint-clean (104 prettier/prettier tab errors); fixed via eslint --fix, re-validated exit 0, and overwrote the packet with the truly-clean versions.
3. One birth-free engineering add — v_process_trigger_actionability_ledger (Phase G): single-pane severity-scored cross-axis gap ledger (12 rows). births before==after==1,194,727.
