FIX7 approval-lane current state

• Canonicalizer SSOT: executable (materialized .py runs, exit 0; extended production code 36/36 PASS, runnable from KB).
• Digests: 6/8 produced as deterministic candidates (membership FROZEN + N1×10 + N3 + N4 + N5 + canonicalizer_cand); N6 rehearsal; N7/N8 = Codex/owner seal.
• Article-14 lenses L1–L5: cleared structurally; recheck-9 reproducible packet ready.
• Status: FIX7_APPROVAL_LANE_PARTIAL_TRUE_BLOCKER — at the Codex/owner doorstep.

Tool-Kiem-Thu support state

• Phase 2/3 MVP: PASS (offline, CI). B7 export pipeline: PARTIAL. Governance: KB-level birth complete (now incl. TKT-OBJ-047..062). Auto-birth: PARTIAL (diagnostic-only).
• Acted as FIX7 support: produced reproducible 5-lens evidence + executable reference canonicalizer; no gate authority.

Next steps (ordered)

1. (owner/T1) Apply patch P-EXT-1 to the SSOT .md fence (1 reversible KB edit) → re-run RERUN.sh against patched artifact.
2. (Codex) Recheck-9: run RERUN.sh, verify hashes, seal N7/N8, pin canonicalizer_sha256 over KB bytes, issue seal.
3. (owner) Decide whether to authorize implementation-authoring planning (lifts the do-not-approve), after seal.
4. (later) registries-pivot remains blocked pending (a) FIX7 seal and (b) the separately-tracked auto-birth/governance authority blockers — NOT advanced here.
5. (optional) Promote the 5-lens detector + extended canonicalizer into a reusable framework — OUT OF SCOPE / gated on owner+Codex (Recheck-8 K constraint).

What remains blocked (and why)

• N7/N8 seal values: by-design Codex/owner seal-event inputs (not engineering).
• Owner do-not-approve: standing decision.
• registries-pivot: foundation not fully clean (FIX7 unsealed + auto-birth gaps).

Verdict
